Education and conservation through soccer
Making an impact in children's lives
We learn while we play

Welcome to a National and Regional award-winning program
Impact in Florida
Each week we visit 11 sites here in South Florida, we see 150 - 200 children each week. Almost 2,000 children are impacted each year!
We feed them with a healthy snack at EVERY session!!!! (Most of those children are living in or close to poverty)
We organize games for these communities and give out much needed clothes to the children, moms and brothers and sisters.
They are also educated on the importance of the environment, conservation and kindness.
Impact in Botswana

Last year we sent 10 huge boxes over to the village of Khumaga in Botswana! (Over 500 pounds of clothing and soccer equipment)
Last year
200 + children and family members were engaged in soccer sessions in Botswana. (In just one village!)
2023 Estimated number will be nearer 1,000! At 6 sites!

Approximately 250 children enrolled in summer camps enabling their parents to continue to work and the children to develop skills associated with team sports.
While smiles, laughter and enjoyment are key elements of our impact, we measure beyond the joy the children show, and are proud of our impact and the power of our program. Life lessons !!!!!!

"Let us think of education as the means of developing our greatest abilities, because in each of us there is a special skill, private hope and dream which, fulfilled, can be translated into benefit for everyone and greater strength for everyone."

Some children can’t afford to play on a real soccer team
Here in South Florida, yes! Here in the USA !
So we take teams and games to them !
We bring communities together - We bring families together
It’s about giving children who are less fortunate the same opportunities as others.
Regardless of sex, logistics, finance, or ethnic background
It enables local children to play on their own ‘proper team’ in their own community It gives them a sense of belonging, ownership, responsibility, self-esteem and pride
.

Giving back to the community - Bringing Communities together

Singing and copying the singer is a great way to learn English and to bring the children even closer together!
Thanks, Coldplay, for the inspiration here in Khumaga, Botswana

THE CHILDREN LEARN WHILE THEY PLAY!
THEY LEARN ABOUT THE ANIMAL! AND FROM THE ANIMAL!
THEN THEY BRING THE ANIMAL TO LIFE AND BECOME THE ANIMAL!
The children also learn about nutrition, healthy lifestyles and life lessons through playing a team sport

Mission
Our mission is to educate and empower young people to realize their potential for moral character and the lasting impact they can have in the world.

Our state-of-the-art program uses soccer as a vehicle to help youth embrace healthy lifestyles, increase self-esteem, and finely tune their moral compass so that they may grow into productive and balanced young men and women.
We prioritize a fun, relaxed atmosphere that allows young people to be at their best and most creative while being supplied structure and high expectations by our talented staff

Soccer 2 Educate

                                                            "We learn while we play"
The soccer 2 Educate is a regional and national award-winning program that fuses team-based sport with a cultural awareness curriculum to strengthen the bodies and minds of all participants.

Young people who participate in our holistic program engage in the following activities:
  • Soccer matches and skills training facilitated by an experienced youth development coach
  • Project based learning activities in which youth are exposed to different countries and cultures around the globe
  • Hands on lessons that teach youth proper nutrition and the importance of eating healthy foods

Our programmatic philosophy - which emphasizes guided discovery, critical thinking and self-accountability - enables children to reach their full potential as young men and women of excellent character, on and off the 'footy' pitch
From people, to animals, to the environment, it introduces the kids to subjects such as geography, geology, maths, geometry, conservation, history, language, literacy, social science, nutrition, and healthy habits in a new, fun way.

Instruction

Method - Guided discovery

Our top quality instructors have vast experience facilitating the worlds leading soccer teaching methodologies, including Rene Muelensteen, USSF, Scottish FA, English FA, Barcelona and Coerver curriculums. Our seasoned professionals motivate youth to develop and pursue attainable goals that will help them mature into successful individuals.
Qualified teachers from schools, partnerships with Florida Health, coaches current and former players from PBAU, Keiser University, and local soccer clubs, work hand in hand with our staff and students alike.
Experience shows that team sports can bring communities together and help instill good qualities in our youth.

We create a very healthy environment.  We strive to ensure that each and every child learns not only the techniques used in soccer but also invaluable life lessons in order to become a better individual on and off the field .  Players are constantly encouraged to express themselves with attainable goals that provide them with success. We give each child as much responsibility as they can handle. You will see 8, 9  year old kids, setting up and organising their own exercises!
